The Knack Career guide/GO survey is an annual survey that investigates expectations and perspectives in relation to careers. In 2015 there were 1262 participants.

Would employees consider returning to a previous employer?
How important are fringe benefits to them?
What factors would encourage them to change jobs?

A bad atmosphere, an uninteresting job and a poor life-work balance are the most important factors that could encourage a person to change jobs. In addition 66% use a job site when looking for a new job.
