In January 2016, a survey was carried out amongst ICTers in which the image of 14 potential employers was measured. Several adverts were also evaluated in the survey. 559 ICTers participated.

Which types of ‘new work’ do they apply in their job?
How often during the past year had they been approached by potential employers or recruiters?
What factors would entice them to change their job?

Less than 71% of the ICTers sometimes work at home. For 1 out of 2 of them, a lack of vision on the part of the management would entice them to change their job.
