The Dutch-language Z-Nieuws stems from the editorial cell working within the VTM editorial team. Alongside this, an editorial team in the Roularta Brussels Media Centre is responsible for Z-Beurs and Z-Expert, and for the French-language Z-News, Z-Bourse and Z-Expert. 

More than 300 top journalists work in a multimedia newsroom in the Brussels Media Centre in Evere, ensuring non-stop news coverage on the internet and commentaries and in-depth journalism in the magazines. This also explains the “Powered by Knack & Trends” mention on the Kanaal Z and Canal Z logo.

Programmes such as Z-Ondernemen/Z-Entreprendre and Z-Family Business then appeal to those who are looking to evolve in pure business and to acquire further knowledge within industry. With weekly recurring programme series such as Z-Energy, Z-Healthcare, Z-Advertising and Z-HR, along with the Z-Audit, Z-Design, Z-Chemie & Farma/Z-Chimie & Pharma and Z-Industry series, Kanaal Z / Canal Z renew and strengthen community communication with various professional federations. Z-Advertising is a programme about advertising, communication, media and marketing.
